The Hedonism 3 Runaway bay resort is exclusively for young adults. This resort is situated overlooking the azure Caribbean Sea and is under the refuge of the green mountains. Basically it allows vacation accommodation only for adults (18 and over). It spreads over 15 acres on the gardens which are present at the east end of the runaway bay. It is easily reachable by air. Getting down at the Donald Sangster international Montego Bay airport the resort is just 42 miles away and the tourists can reach the resort by land. The resort has a variety of offers and packages available. However there is this one special package called the Hedonism 3 all inclusive.

This package includes all meals, drinks, all sporting utilities, entertainment etc. the rooms are all air-conditioned and some rooms also have mirrored ceilings. The specialty of this resort is that it opens its doors to both singles and couples. There are totally nine buildings each three storey high. The entrances of each of these destinations face the garden. The rooms present on the first floor if each building opens to the beach via the French doors. There are a total of 225 rooms which are air-conditioned and double rooms are of four types namely ocean and pool front, ocean and pool view. These four rooms are very different from one another. There are also swim-up rooms which cannot be found anywhere else in Jamaica.

All the rooms have Jacuzzi, television, telephone, coffee maker, iron board and iron. The beds that each of these rooms have are either a king sized bed or twin beds. The check in time for the guests is 3:00 pm and the check out time is 12:00 noon. They ask for a proof, to stay in the resort. Tourists can produce their passports and other documents which they can be identified with. The resort has separate areas for nude and clothed beaches. These two regions are separated well.

The resort also boasts a four storied spiral slide which opens to a lagoon styled swimming pool. They also have discotheques which is exclusively active during the night. They also host a variety of morning activities like dance lessons and toga parties.  The food is very traditional and is Caribbean favorites which have stood the test of time. There are totally four restaurants to choose from for the guests. ‘Munasan’ is the first of the four. It is Japanese restaurant. It opens at 7 pm and closes at 10 pm. There are no dressing codes.

Casuals are permitted. Reservations are necessary. The Italian restaurant is called ‘Pastafari’. It opens at 6:30 pm and the last meal is served at 9:30 pm. After the last meal the restaurant serves pizzas and pastas till mid-night. There is a traditional home restaurant called ‘reggae café’. This is uniquely Jamaican and is capable of seating 144 patrons. Then, there is the largest and the main restaurant which is ‘The Terrace’. It is open for breakfast from 7 am to 11am, for lunch and as well as dinner buffet. The dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 10 pm. It is capable of seating 324 patrons.
